Summary
By using our websites, forms, and booking calendars (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These include our A2P SMS rules, booking policies, and data practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization (if applicable). You are responsible for information submitted via our forms and for safeguarding any links or access we provide.
2) Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Strategy Call bookings are confirmed by email and may include automated reminders.
- Use the reschedule or cancel links in your confirmation to make changes. We request at least 12 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or repeated last-minute changes may result in restricted future bookings.
- The Strategy Call is a consultation to assess needs and recommend a solution; it is not ongoing support unless separately contracted.
3) Messaging Terms (A2P/TCPA/CASL/GDPR)
Consent & Purpose
- By providing your phone number and selecting an opt-in on our forms, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to bookings (confirmations, reminders, updates).
- Marketing SMS require a separate, explicit opt-in. You can opt out at any time.

Frequency, Fees & Carriers
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per booking lifecycle).
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program Identification
- Sender: Business Master Suite (BMS). We use approved A2P routes/providers.
- You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.
Data Handling
- We store opt-in/opt-out status, phone number, message logs, and booking metadata to comply with carrier and legal requirements.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4) Data Use & Privacy
We collect information you submit (e.g., name, email, phone, company, goals) to operate bookings, send confirmations/reminders, and deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights under GDPR/CCPA (access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to withdraw consent).
- We minimize data and retain it only as long as needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations.
- We implement security controls appropriate to the risk; however, no method is 100% secure.
5) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive submissions.
- No attempt to disrupt our websites, forms, or scheduling systems.
- No uploading of sensitive personal data not required for booking (e.g., health, financial account numbers).
6) Fees & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, Strategy Calls are complimentary consultations. Any paid work, software, or ongoing services will be governed by a separate agreement or order form.
7) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid for the applicable Services, if any.
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notice through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, US, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the courts located in Franklin County.
