Rachel is the inspiration behind the BMS Teen Division and the daughter of Founder & CEO, Cheyenne Stanley. At just 15 years old, she is preparing to graduate high school and pursue her passion for culinary arts while following in her mother’s entrepreneurial footsteps.
The BMS team works together to mentor Rachel in advanced business and leadership skills that many adults spend years developing. As Teen Director in Training, she is preparing to help lead the Teen Division — creating a space where participants can connect, grow, and gain confidence through same-age support and real-world skill-building.
