1. All Sales Final
All purchases made to Business Master Suite LLC (“BMS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to software subscriptions, training sessions (including Watch & Learn seats/passes), consulting services, digital products, setup fees, and any other offerings, are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including without limitation cancellation by the client, non-use, scheduling conflicts, or change of circumstances.
2. No Refunds & Ongoing Payment Obligations
- No refunds will be provided for any completed transaction.
- Cancellations do not relieve you of your payment obligations under any agreement, order form, checkout, or subscription with Business Master Suite LLC.
- All payment obligations outlined in any signed or accepted agreement remain in full force until paid in full.
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Prohibited
You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for charges authorized by you or your agents. If you require assistance with your payment, contact our Billing Department at [email protected].
4. Enforcement of Prohibited Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms, you agree that BMS may take the following actions, in addition to any other rights and remedies available at law or in equity:
- File an action in Small Claims Court within our district court in Louisburg, North Carolina (Franklin County).
- Assess an additional administrative fee of $1,250 to cover investigation, documentation, and processing related to the dispute.
- Seek recovery of all attorneys’ fees and legal costs incurred in responding to and enforcing against the dispute or chargeback.
- Pursue all lawful remedies for non-payment. Failure to pay amounts due may result in the placement of a lien on your personal property as permitted by applicable law.
5. Billing & Communications

6. Pricing, Taxes, & Changes
Prices are listed in USD and, unless specified otherwise, are exclusive of taxes, duties, and government assessments, which you are responsible to pay. We may update pricing and these Terms from time to time; updates will apply prospectively to new purchases and renewals.
7. Non-Payment & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to services, including software and sessions, for non-payment or breach of these Terms, without prejudice to our right to collect all amounts due.
8. No Set-Off
You may not withhold, set-off, or net any amounts owed to BMS against any amounts you allege are owed to you.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state courts located in Franklin County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be construed to best effectuate the parties’ intent.
11. Acceptance
By completing a purchase, clicking an “I agree” checkbox, submitting a form, or accessing any BMS service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms & Conditions.
